Some progress has been made

Monday, December 1st, 2008

Still working away on my show for January, and I thought I’d throw up a few more images for your viewing pleasure. Steady as she goes.

The beginning of one of the sculptures for the installation.

It feels like I have a lot done when they’re all jammed in a corner like this.

One more for now.

Today I set up an Etsy shop, where you can buy a copy of my latest minicomic, Paper Hats and/or Boats.

More minicomics to come in the future. I also like to make trades, so please let me know if you are interested!

I will also be adding some small paintings and prints over the next few weeks.

TCAF and stuff

Monday, May 10th, 2010

This past weekend was TCAF and it was super. I went to a bunch of panel discussions and bought too many books.  It was just as great as 2009, but more organized and comfortable, with extra space upstairs and some panels taking place at a pub nearby. I volunteered for one shift on Saturday morning, as well. I hope they go ahead again next year.

This is my last week to finish up work for my upcoming show, so there probably won’t be a new comic until Friday. Here are a couple of pics instead.

TOAE

Saturday, July 3rd, 2010

Hey guys, so I’ll be at the Toronto Outdoor Art Exhibition next weekend already!

Here is the map so you can find me if you want to visit! I’m at #517, north of the Peace Garden, in the red circle. I also ordered a red tent, so that might help. Please note there won’t be an actual red circle there in real life.

I’ll have a lot of little paintings like this ^ for sale.

I’m really looking forward to checking out all the booths and meeting some other artists.

“Bestiary” opens October 1st

Thursday, September 22nd, 2011

Bestiary runs from October 1 – 23, 2011 with an opening reception from 3 – 5 pm on October 1st. I’ll have some beasty paintings in there, but won’t be at the opening myself. Can’t wait to see the rest of the exhibition online.
