TOAE 2010

Monday, July 12th, 2010

I had a great weekend at the art exhibit and I think it was worth the time and effort. I sold a few things, gave away lots of postcards, and met a couple of interesting artists that I hope to make further contact with. I got a lot of great feedback as well, which is super encouraging. Lots of comments on the redness of my tent, but I’ll know better for next time, okay? Thanks to everybody for stopping by. And special special special thanks to Scott and his dad for helping me out so much.

I still have some work left over of course and I’ll be putting them up for sale on Etsy in the next week or so.

Here is a somewhat virtual tour of my booth:

Toronto Indie Arts Market May 25th

Friday, May 16th, 2014

Next Sunday, May 25th, I’ll be tabling at the Toronto Indie Arts Market Small Press Festival.
It will be at the Gladstone on Queen St. from 10:30-4:30. Admission is $5 but partial admission proceeds will be donated to the Children’s Book Bank, an organization that supports childhood literacy by providing free books and literacy support to children in low-income neighbourhoods in the Toronto area.

I’ll have my Fat Bird mini, a Werebears mini, my cowboy/outerspace flip comic and my horror/romance flip comic, and a new minicomic about a salty old sailor that I’ve been working on for the past few weeks which I’m pretty excited about now. I hope to see a lot of folks!!
